hi i have a 2001 dodge dakota sport quadcab 4x4 with the 4.6 magnum its 5 degrees outsife staryed my truck up thosmorning gpt arpund the corner and it jist died in the middle of the road wont start got underneath it amd the fuel pump made a ten second whining sound anyone know what the problem might be
