Bed length doesn't affect numbers... mostly it's either 4X4 or RWD.

I can't find any information on the $140 lease cash promo. I did find a Silverado CUSTOM at a local dealer that that seemed to have this offer. Assuming this is $140 a month lease cash subsidized by Gm Financial.
Appeared to require no cash down. There is another $500 lease cash for having a current Chevy lease, and can't tell, not sure, there is a $1500 lease cash rebate for having a Gm Supplier control number?
So, this $34660 MSRP Custom Silverado was listed at @215 a month after all offers.

Now, I just got a '16 Malibu LT for $199 a month (all fees included).....36 mos. nothing down. i did a one pay lease.

Yeah, I sadly found that out when I asked the dealer. That's a weird lease cash. Anyways, I ended up getting 4640 in lease cash. 500/2500/140/1500.
I leased one that the dealer had bonus cash on (2500). I ended up with a 3 year lease/10000 miles/ZERO down, and $230 a month(all taxes included). that's a CRAZY lease deal on a Silverado! Goes to show if you shop all the local dealers, you WILL find a deal that ONE dealer will do some crazy special, while the others look at you like you were from another planet. This was one of the CUSTOM models.

We don't track selling prices, but be aware that some incentives are for purchase only and won't be applicable if you lease.

I don't think many Chevrolet dealers mark up the MF, but it's possible.

Residual is set by the bank and cannot be altered.

.00075 MF is correct; however, the 36/12 residual for both the LT and LTZ 4x4 Crew Cab is 61%.

Confirm $140 lease cash on both trims.
