Rear struts and mounts replaced

I have 2000 protege with a clunking noise in the rear. I took to a repair place and they quoted 778 to replace both. Is this reasonable? in my research it looks like they are charging upwards of 500 in labor only.

    It's hard to pin this down because it will vary greatly by zip code and by what components they install. It should include a boot kit, mount kit and 2 struts. I would suggest getting a second estimate and make sure they are both replacing the same thing.
