3.0L Turns over, no start

Replaced crankshaft position sensor, New plugs, and battery . Last time it was running , would stall@3000 rpm, but seemed to run fine. Any ideas?

Can hear the fuel pump.

Mine does this but now its making a buzzing noise under my relay in the fuse box at the pcm relay any suggestions?
