Pathfinder SL/Platinum Lease

I am currently shopping for 2015/2016 Pathfinder SL/Platinum and was wondering i could use the community's help to determine a decent lease deal. Based on my research the MSRP for this model hovers around 39400 to 39600 in Albany Saratoga NY area, where I am based out of and what would be the ideal lease monthly breakdown for 36 months with a 1000$ down (inclusive of tax) ?

I have a 2013 Highlander SE 38K White Pearl Leather/Moon roof/Roof rails/Toyota Floor mats/remote starter/Some scratches and nothing needs to be done. All 4 tires are Yokohama and they were replaced last year. So they are practically new. I want the fair deal for the trade and lease as well.

Hi, I'm new to this forum/site but would like to know what I need to give you to see what a current lease pymt should be for a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder SL, MSRP $43,300 with 5,000 in discounts so their price is $38,049. 15k/yr. 39 month lease. They quoted $440/mo w/ $3000 down...I usually don't do a down payment on my leases so i would like to know if this pymt is possible without doing a down payment at all, and obviously if it should be lower. I'm in Massachusetts, sales tax 6.25%...I really appreciate any help!. Thanks!

First, you don't want to lease a 2016 Pathfinder for 39 months; the numbers are horrible.

So, for 36/15, the lease numbers for the SL AWD are .00095 and 57%.

I would ask the dealer what the $3000 at signing covers - it is probably not all down payment.

Using the MSRP and selling price you've given, I get a payment of $458/mo - and that assumes $0 cap reduction.
