Using the prices provided, I get a payment of $259/mo plus tax, so $275 is about right.

Thanks. Looks like I will need to adjust the config. I am trying get something on the very nominal price as this will be our second car for my wife to commute. Is it too ambitious if I target $150 monthly with a 1k down? Are there any small cars out there with similar prices?

At that price range, you may want to consider the 2017 Hyundai Elantra SE or 2016 Civic LX.

You gotta love AutoNation. They love to confuse the customers with stuff like this.

First, the sales tax number isn't applicable for a lease - the sales tax is collected on the monthly payment.

Next, no mention of the $595 bank fee for leases.

What you want is the adjusted cap cost and what the "cash due" amounts actually cover.

Then, we can plug in the numbers and get an accurate payment.

Local Dealer currently advertising on website a deal on LX CVT w 1999 due at signing and 139/mo. so I'm hoping I can get a 0 due at signing deal.

The 36/12 lease numbers for the Fit are .00165 and 64% for both the LX and EX.

To calculate a payment, we need to know the MSRP and the adjusted capitalized cost (selling price plus any taxes and fees you are not paying up front).

Correct - Honda does not offer 10K leases on any of their models - though we have heard they will do it in the greater NYC area.
