Current program is scheduled through February 1st. New programs almost always start on Tuesday, if the end of the month is Friday through Monday.

Not necessarily. Sometimes they are, other times you pay for 100% of them over the term of the lease.

In general, it's best not to get dealer installed accessories on a leased vehicle.

We only have Central and Southern regions. Both show $10K

I'm in PA and the car is in NJ, so I guess if you could, can you share what the NJ residual and MF would be for 27/36 and 10k a year? Also, any opinion on demo cars or anything extra I should ask or check for? Should the Lexus cash of $10k be good for the whole month?

Numbers are pretty much national. The $10k should apply as the car is a demo.

For the 2016 GS F, in NJ, is the $2,000 Lexus Cash in addition to the $10,000 Lexus Cash? Or did Lexus do away with the $10,000 dealer cash?

$10,000 dealer cash still exists. Don't know anything about the $2000

Thank You for your response, Lexus is advertising an additional $2,000, $2,500, $3,000 on TV depending on model. GS F I believe was either $2,000 or $2,500. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Making a purchase of either the GS 350 or GS F, in the next few weeks. Trying to stay on top of everything.

Those may be purchase only incentives, not applicable to a lease.

Looking for a little insight. I am working on a deal for a Lexus Demo GSF with 6000 miles. I am being told that it is considered "new" but the miles do change the residual. If its still considered "new", should the residual not go down as they are telling me?

The mileage has to be accounted for. A car with 51K miles at the end of the lease is going to be worth less than a zero-mile car that has 45K miles at the end of the lease.

So, yes, the residual is reduced to account for the current mileage.
