2015 New BMW - Manufacturer rebates?

I am looking at a New 2015 x5 xDrive50i

MSRP: $77,400
Sale Price: $68,995

They mentioned they $2900 below invoice and not able to negotiate any lower.

Does anyone know what the rebates offered by manufacture to dealers to move old 2015 stock?

There is a $2000 manufacturer to consumer incentive, but we don't know of any FTD incentive on this model.
