RF and MF on 2016 Big Horn

I'm looking to get rid of some negative equity in my 2013 Ram Sport by trading it in for a lease on a 2016 Ram Big Horn Crew 4x4. My credit is low 700s They have offered me a monthly payment that is almost exactly what I'm paying with a loan. By doing this I'll be "knocking" off about 18 months on the loan. It's a 36/12k lease. What is the RV and MF? Thanks!
