Troubleshooting front power & cig lighter outlet failure

I've replaced the fuses and still have no power to these two front outlets. They are both dead. I've never plugged in anything other than phone chargers. Other than fuses and checking for debris inside the sockets, any other ideas/suggestions as to how one can go about diagnosing this?

Thanks all

You might have to pop them out. Very often, chargers from any aftermarket product don't fit *quite* right, and after a few months or years of tugging, the wire breaks loose behind the socket. Just a guess but I've had it happen more than once on various cars.
