    I just went to dealer who quoted the following for 2016 Tiguan SE with 4motion: 

    lease term 36 mos/ 12k miles
    msrp $34,707
    residual $1908.18
    mf .00001
    taxes, fees, dmv fee,1st month, etc. $2149
    money down $0
    state ny
    tax rate 8.6%
    monthly payment on lease would be $299

    is this a good deal?

    What selling price did you negotiate?

    36/12 on the SE is .00001 and 57%. $1500 lease cash.
