I was debating purchasing my 2013 Pathfinder S off lease, was offered the following for a 2016 Pathfinder

is this a good deal?

Are you sure it's a 39 month lease? The 36 month term is much better for the 2016 Pathfinder, this month.

Either way, need to know the MSRP and selling price.

Those numbers, as is, gives me a payment of $412/mo before tax.

If you are rolling in the fees to the lease, we'll need to know the adjusted cap cost, not just the invoice price less discounts and incentives.

None of your numbers seem to add up.
Invoice, discount, rebate, cap cost. None seem to have any relation to each other.

Lease payment sales tax rate in PA is either 9% or 10%, depending on your local tax.
So your pre-tax payment should be around $498/mo.

To get to that payment, your adjusted CAP cost should be around $42,350

We don't have any incentive information for Nissan.
