2010 Sierra 2500hd electrical problems

I have GMC Sierra 2010. I was driving down road at 55mph and radio started to fad out. Then the door locks started to lock and unlock like my truck was possessed. Then truck went to 15 mph dealer says he can't find what's wrong and no check engine light on. Just bought a few weeks ago any help would be great
