Looking to lease an automatic Tucson in Chicago, IL area. 36 months, 12K. Still haven't decided on the trim and AWD/FWD.
1) What are MF and residual for 2016 models this month for both AWD and FWD?
2) Are the MF and residual different for SE, Eco, Sport and Limited?

FWD:
SE - .00011 and 54%
Eco - .00019 and 53%
Sport - .00018 and 52%
Limited - .0007 and 51%

AWD:
SE - .00042 and 56%
Eco - .00044 and 56%
Sport - .00025 and 54%
Limited - .00025 and 53%

$1250 lease cash for all.

Should FWD Limited be .00017 or is .0007 correct?
Also, is AWD Eco 56% or 55%?

Limited is .00017, my bad

Eco residual is 56%

Hyundai numbers are national, so far as we can tell.

36/12 numbers ....

FWD
Eco - .00060 and 58%
Sport - .00059 and 56%

AWD
Eco - .00067 and 60%
Sport - .00084 and 59%

$750 lease cash for all

Since the last post in this discussion was in April, then no, nothing above will be accurate for this month.

.00071 MF and 56% residual. $750 lease cash
.00059 MF and 63% residual. $1000 lease cash

Dealer is Quoting price of 2016 Tucson Limited with Ultimate 12/36 AWD with MF .00179 and resid of 54%. These are not what I see here. Any advise on how to argue that?

Dealer cannot modify the residual value; but the MF can be marked up for extra profit. Politely tell the dealer you won't sign a deal with a marked up MF.

Also, the MF goes up if you do not have top tier credit (700+ score).

Dealer quoted 54% residual for this vehicle, with the higher MF. My credit (excellent) was not even ran yet. I asked why these numbers were being quoted from "publicly listed ones (yours, but I did not say where I got them) and his response is that "these are m-plan (Michigan E plan) numbers and are Hyundai figures of which he has no control. UGH! Now what?

Try a different dealer.

Hyundai may have a regional plan for Michigan, but we don't know about it. Kia has special numbers for Michigan occasionally, but they are generally better than the surrounding areas.
