2007 Infinity Radio Display Issue

The display on my 2007 Infinity radio in my Azera started flickering, and now is "always on". Everything is lit up when I turn on the radio. It looks like all the CDs are playing, etc., and they portion that shows the radio station is a big black box. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this issue?
