Are the "No hassle price" listed on dealership prices reasonable?

I'm doing some price comparison for a 2013 LX Accord and using KBB, NADA and TMV. So far the dealer's "no hassle" Internet price is just about similar to TMV and the other resources.

Is my comparison fairly accurate or should I use other resources to get fair pricing number?

2013 Accord LX gray, 16k miles 1 owner, certified used in the Houston TX area
