Neutral Safety Switch keeps going bad

I have had to replace the Neutral Safety Switch on my 2001 Isuzu Rodeo LS ^cylinder at least 6 times in the last few years. It malfunctions if I put the vehicle in Reverse first thing after it has been parked overnight. As long as I park it so that I don't have to use reverse first thing when I start it, it does ok throughout the day.
