Car will not turn over?

i have a 2003 pontiac montana with 3400 sfi engine the problem i am having is the battery will drain in a couple days of sitting i replaced the aluterator, battery ,stater and ck all my fuses in the two fuse boxes and when i turn the key on nothing happens i have 12 volts at the battery we where ck for something that was pulling juice from the battery with a test light on the ground of the battery and the ground cable the test light was lit so one buy one we took a fuse and put it back in and the test light never went off we just moved the car just before we test the fuses and now everything works but the engine dont turn over with the key try to put it in neturel and nothing happens any one have a idea what i should do ?

First thing charge up your battery. Then use a test light to test for voltage going to the starter solenoid "S" terminal (the one from the ignition key--it may not be marked "S"). It should light when you turn the ignition key to "start". Something is apparently interrupting the current to the starter solenoid, or the battery is just dead, or you have a security system interference, or the starter solenoid is dead.

For a current draw test you really should use a volt-ohm meter and measure the draw from the battery in milliamps. It's "normal" to draw 50 ma, but more than that, you might have a parasitic drain. However, that shouldn't keep you from starting the truck.
