Well, I'm confused. Dealership gave me 63% for a 12k, 36 mo, one pay lease with a MF of .0009. Did it change today versus yesterday?

Well.. I didn't give you a single-pay quote on the MF, and the residual percentages agree, (I gave you 15K/yr, because you didn't specify). 12K/yr residuals are 2% higher than 15K/yr residuals.

The base MF is .00150, but I would assume some sort of discount for single-pay, though I don't know what that is.

So, nothing the dealer told you contradicts the information I gave you.

Umm mr kyfdx...you are incorrect that on a onepay lease there is a lower MF actually there is no money factor...the buyer is paying the lease up front he/she is not borrowing any money for an interest rate to play a role....which is one of the pros of a one pay and the main reason its cheaper...

You are driving a $50K car for three years. But, only paying $20K. You don't think there are any finance charges? I'm sorry.. but, there are. The finance charges are reduced, because you gave the bank a big chunk of money upfront. But, the bank still has to front the full $50K to the dealer. The only way to drive a car interest-free is to pay cash for it.

The multiple security deposits save you a lot. $59/mo.+tax.
