2016 Silverado Lease Question!

I am almost 99% sure I'll be going and getting a lease done in a few days on a 2016 Silverado Double cab LT Z71 All star edition. With $500 due at signing and no money down it'll be $399 is this a good lease?

    Using $45K as the MSRP and $38K as the cap cost, I get a payment of $331/mo plus tax.
