    Hi Dan...

I also have short legs and, after 4 months of ownership, I've had no problems with scraping my leg on the bottom of the dash upon entering my Civic. Just to be on the safe side, I guess I’ll check the dash for sharp edges underneath and if I find one, cover it with a small piece of Gorilla tape.

Given the generally positive posts (other than this one) that you’ve made so far regarding the Civic, your comment “I want to like it, but we’re not communicating well” is unexpected. I guess you must be saving the worst for last. Your subsequent posts should be interesting.

I had a few test drives in a Civic Touring, and it always bothered me that there are blank buttons there. Also there is (I think) one or two blank buttons around the shifter. Is the US-spec missing some features?

The Touring should have buttons there for the Sensing stuff - US model?
