Has anyone heard anything regarding the GM Heavy Duites? I have read on another board that along with a new grille and hood for the Chevy it will also feature new headlights, and the GMC will only get a new grille. Hopefully we will learn something definite soon.

that they improve the interior. i can't stand it, i liked my 98 tacoma better. while it sells well to the commerical buyers, ordinary people choose the ford f150 or even the tundra for that reason- i mean, what else does the tundra have to offer?

My '95 Taco wasn't as comfortable as my '53 Willys truck.Even though I didn't need a 3/4 ton I bought my GMC2500HD over the F150 for the comfort of the leather captians chairs and the great big engine. I never liked GM all that much but the comfort beats everything on the market in my ford loving opinion.

I agree the GM interiors are by now, lacking pizazz, but I would also say that mine has been a likable, livable, functional and comfortable environment for 5 years, going back to my former '99 Silverado and through my current '01 HD.

I like very much, the sports car like interior of the Ford F150 and Nissan Titan, but would question for the long term, whether the bucket seats and console, (which seem far less spacious) than the traditional split bench seat and left foot flat on the floor seating position. If I'm wrong about the spaciousness, tell me where you put the third front seat passenger that was moved so you could have a six CD changer and coin holder?
