Battery being drained. Theft light flashing with nothing on

Hi. My battery is draining over night. All switches are off, vanity mirrors closed and 12v unplugged. It's odd, something is staying hot. The spedometer and RPM as well as all other dash needles will not go to full rest with the key off and out. My theft light randomly flashes continuously so even when jumped the truck won't start until the theft light randomly extinguishes. I also noticed my blower motor can be operated at all settings with the key OFF.
Something connecting all these is hanging up. THoughts?

The usual culprit for over night battery drain is the rear wiper. Over time the mechanism gets crudded up and the motor gets confused about where the park position is - the wiper is parked but the motor doesn't think it is and keeps trying to move it. Easy to test - pull the fuse for the rear wiper.
