2015 and 2016 MDX SH-AWD/TECH & ADV Lease.

I'm in the process of researching the MF & RV for a 2015 & 2016 MDX SH-AWD Lease.
I would like the MF/RV values for 36M and 10k options.
The initial MSRP numbers (which include the $940 destination) I have in Westchester, NY for a 2016 MDX are as follows:
2016 MDX SH-AWD/TECH - MSRP $50,380
2016 MDX SH-AWD/TECH & ENT - MSRP $52,380
2016 MDX SH-AWD/ADV - MSRP $56,170
2016 MDX SH-AWD/ADV & ENT - MSRP $58,170.

The reason I'm asking for the 2015 MF/RV is that a dealer may have a 2015 they want to get rid of.
Also any dealer incentives, etc for the MDX?

.00020 MF and 58% residual for all the 2016 models, except base. $1000 lease cash.

.00165 MF and 51%/50%/49% residual for 2015. Doubt those would lease very well.
