2014 Nissan Sentra S Lease question

I am currently 21 months in my currently lease for my Sentra and I have 28k miles on it. The lease is for 36mo/36k. I am wondering if it is any way the the dealer will trade the current car and put me into another lease or preferably finance a 2015 Sentra SV that I saw on their webiste.

Does anyone have any experience or have any suggestions on how to go about it with the dealer?
