2004 Envoy XUV Windows

First of all I want to say I really do like my Envoy. But with that being said I have had issues with the rear window and the mid window ( I call it the limo window).  I've had to replace my rear window regulator twice and my mid window once. I have noticed there are several complaints on the rear window exploding. But I had the mid window explode. Was on my way to take my son to school and noticed that I had left it down. It was cool outside so I thought it would heat up faster if I put it up. Well I started putting it up and it just exploded. Scared us both. We actually thought someone had taken a shot at us. I haven't taken it apart to see but I'm sure it's just the glass. I have searched the Internet and can't find anything on just replacing the glass. I've paid thousands of dollars on regulators and don't want to replace if I am able to just purchase the glass. I will say after reading several comments on these issues I'm shocked that GMC hasn't stepped up and had a recall. I would like to purchase another GMC in the future but with their blind eye to these safety issues I'm just not sure. If anyone has any info on my issues please let me know. Thanks
