Dodge Ram stalls when braking/turning
I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 slt 4.7. I bought this truck not running and the only thing the previous owner said they replaced that I haven't checked is the fuel pump. I have replaced head gaskets, crankshaft position sensor, camshaft position sensor, tps, iac, alternator, battery, cleaned the throttle body thoroughly, all new lifters, changed to old power steering pressure line to one that could hold a power steering pressure switch, ran half a bottle of seafoam direct into the fuel injectors and half in the tank because four were dirty, new spark plugs and coils all around (previous owner had not gapped the plugs they put in), I've checked the wires under the fuse box to check for weak points also sprayed all the connectors with electronic cleaner to get out dirt. At this point I'm running low on money and can't keep guessing and checking. Also I'm running out of ideas from other forums. The only other advice I've seen is have the dealer flash the pcm, but some people advise against it saying it will only mask the problem and possibly a transmission sensor but no specific info about it. General problem that I am seeing at the moment is braking during a 90 degree turn stalls the truck. With each of the above named repairs the truck has been doing better but none have been the absolute cure. Test drives are short maybe 3 miles at most. I have been able to come to a stop at stop sign and be fine, and I can make successful turns if I throttle through them (for example stop sign to 90 degree turn). If I don't have to come to a complete stop before a 90 degree turn chances are I'm not going to slow down enough to use the gas pedal safely through the turn, and thats when it dies. In said situation I force my way through the turn enough to reach for neutral and hit the key, starts right away and back into drive I go without even coming to a complete stop. On my last test drive the engine did stall when I first put it in drive and when I went from drive into reverse at the end of the test it stalled, those were the only irregularities that test run. Any advice?
