Cylinder misfire

Hello, two weeks ago I had coils replaced on cylinders 2 and 4 which misfired on my 2000 Acura TL. I'm at 92k miles. When replaced, my mechanic told me that the other 4 would probably go soon. I'm planning on driving about 260 miles round trip this weekend and am wondering if I should just replace them now or is there something else I could/should do?
