That's a big Doc Fee..

I get the same payment, so it looks like they are using the base money factor, which is good.
About 9% off MSRP, which is also good.

It seems you like $499 payments. I'd rather roll in some of those upfronts, and take the higher payment. (tax, CCR, acq.fee). $580 upfront, and $580/mo.
