Oil pan constantly wet and rotting.

The oil pan on my 03 Hyundai Accent is always wet and is rotten with rust. I find clear water on the floor toward the front of the vehicle--not radiator fluid. It is clear water, like AC condensate--but I am not using the AC. Somehow clear water is leaking from somewhere onto my oil pan. The pan is never dry, no matter if I haven't driven the car for days. Has anyone any ideas? Where could this water be coming from?

The only clear water in your car comes from the AC drain; otherwise it is an external source, unless maybe you're using clear water in your windshield washer system. You could possibly have water trapped from rains under your cowl vent (under your wipers). There is a drain there that might be partially clogged up and dripping slowly.
