2007 Honda Accord 2 DR Coupe. Windows work fine then they won't.

I took it to an auto shop and they replaced the Master Switch. This did not fix the problem. It appears they work fine in the morning (driver side and passenger side go up and down). Later they will not budge. I don't know if it is a grounding problem or a temp problem. Any input is appreciated.
