No other information about the lease breakage has been provided.

The 36/10 numbers for the X5 are .00138 and 60%.

Using your MSRP and Final Price, that works out to $473/mo.

If I back the trade value out of the deal, the payment goes to $866/mo.

So, what we need to know is the adjusted cap cost, as it seems to be in the middle somewhere.

We do not recommend using trade equity as down payment - to cover the fees and taxes, yes, but get the rest of the equity returned to you as a check from the dealer.

Or, use it as multiple security deposits to buy down the money factor.

Thanks for the information. I haven't gone back to the guy due to crazy work schedule. Will post an update here once I am done. In the meantime I have generated some interest in q7
