Hello,

I am considering leasing a 2016 Prius 3. I visited one of the dealers and they gave me following price and i would like to know if this is a good deal or not.

Down Payment 3000
Model Prius 3 with advance tech package
Invoice Price $27,155
Residual Price 17,262
Monthly $259 including tax on 36 months/12k

This is my first time looking at lease options.

Any other things that i should negotiate/watch out for?

Not sure what is meant by invoice price? (I know what invoice price means, but it's irrelevant to a lease calculation).

We need the MSRP, and the selling price and/or adjusted CAP cost, to calculate the lease payment.

I'd suggest getting quotes with just the 1st payment, title/license and doc fees upfront (about $600-$700). This makes it easier to compare quotes between dealers.

.00001 MF and 59% residual. $500 lease cash.
