Seat Heater Controls are Difficult to Find - 2016 Toyota Prius Long-Term Road Test
Our 2016 Toyota Prius has heated front seats, but the toggle switches that control them are well-hidden. They would have been better located anywhere else.

Oh well, it's obviously good info for people who live in locations where the seat heater may be seriously needed.
That's what seat heaters are like. You don't need them, then you have them, and then you get the shakes when the ambient temperature is 65 degrees and your butt isn't getting second-degree burns within two minutes of turning the car on.
