What is the money factor for a RX350 Lease for May? I was told its .00130 but on newcars they list it as 2.64% or (.00110) I have attached the link to where they list the money factor. Does anyone know what the money factor is? Thanks!

Lexus has regional numbers - where do you live?

I'm leasing the car in NJ an that interest rate was shown when I put in my area code on that website. Is it .00110 in NJ on the RX AWD ?

I don't have the regional numbers for NJ, sorry. But, all the information I do have is consistent with a .00130 MF for the RX350 this month.

We can't really comment on numbers you bring from another website.

We say the MF is .00130, and so does your dealer. I think that is a consensus.

Ok thanks so much for your help guys! I got off the phone with the dealer he said the lower mf is only for the non-nav 2016 rx350 an they also have a $300 rebate only on the non-nav rx350.

Can anyone give me a money factor and residuals for RX 350 36month/15k mile in Massachusetts? Or any recent lease deals in Massachusetts? Can I expect any discount off from MSRP as well?

thank you very much for your answers. I know it sounds kinda stupid, but wondering whether first month payment comes a manufacturer? For example, if I do zero down lease, then monthly payment will be higher compare to some money down lease payment. Would the dealer still cover the first month payment? Thanks

I'm pretty sure the first payment is made by Lexus, not the dealer.

Amount down does not impact this promotion; though there is a cap on the size of the first payment ($700 for the RX)
