Hello, Can anyone provide some advice on the lease quote I just got on a 2016 GLE 350 AWD. MSRP: $61,185 Selling price: $55, 164 (after applying for Chase employee $2,000 discount) 0 down payment, only pay 1st month payment + bank fee + DMV fee at front - around $2,000 36 months/ 10,000 miles per year Monthly cost: $723.62 (incl tax) - NYC tax rate is 8.875% Dealer put 2 years' service fee in MSRP. 57% and .00104 are the 36/10 lease numbers.

What is the adjusted cap cost, after the taxes and fees have been added into the selling price? NY assesses sales tax against the sum of the payments and collects it up front.

I'd ask for a breakdown of the $2000 - dealer often marks up the bank fee from $795 to $1095.

Thank you so much for your response. I have no idea about the adjusted cap cost since I have no knowledge about car purchasing or leasing. The sales only told me that after all discounts, the price they gave me is around $55000( I can't even recall the exact number). 
The break down for the upfront $2000 is as below:
1st month payment: 732.62
acquisition fee: 795
fee&insurabcr: 85 (doc fee:75+ inspection:10)
upfront taxes: 89.71 (cash down tax: 77.21+ tire tax:12.50)
dmv fee: about 300

The purchase option is $35,025.

With the numbers, as is, I get $657/mo.

To get to the quoted payment of $724, there is another $2400 or so of costs to be accounted for. Some of this is sales tax, as you are not paying it up front with the $2000, but I'd ask the dealer for a full accounting.

How to calculate the residual value after 36 months leasing?

"57% and .00104 are the 36/10 lease numbers" - is this the average residual value percentage?

I think the dealer didn't really include my Chase discount when he provide me the price.

The residual value is calculated by multiplying the percentage I gave to you by the MSRP, the bottom line number of the window sticker.

I imagine that when the 2017 models are available at the dealers, the lease numbers should be released as well.
