Mercedes 2016 GLA SUV FWD

I am looking at a 2016 FWD GLA SUV. The MSRP on the vehicle is 39,075, mostly with Premium package, sunroof and a couple of other items. The dealer is prepared to sell it for $35,500. Do you think this is a good, very good or average price given the current market.

Looks like the TMV "average" price paid for a GLA is ~$3,000 under MSRP or ~$700 above invoice.
