2016 BMW 3 series lease deal

It was my first time to lease BMW. After reading through this forum, I started to wonder how I ended paying so much on my new 2016 BMW 3 series xDrive. Here is what I got. Final negotiated price: 41500 (excluding Acquisition fee, dealer processing fee, title, tag and registration fee) MSRP 50280 36 month 12K miles No downpayment MSDx5 + 1st month = $3881 paid at signing. I'm paying $631 monthly. I started to realize that this price is ridiculous. What went wrong? Addition, when I asked what the MF was, sales guy said it was 0.0024 which I didn't know what that means at that time.

2016 328i xDrive?

.00138 MF and 62% residual for 36/12.

Five MSDs would take the MF down to .00103, assuming you are getting the base rate.

Maryland does tax the full amount of sale, which is a lot compared to some other states.

The deal may not be as bad as you feel, but it's hard to know without the details
Money factor, residual, actual adjusted CAP cost.
