Head light/ turn signal issue

only my rear left blinker works. my right low beam works. when i turn my high beams on only the left highbeam works. i have no 4 ways. my blinkers will blink inside the truck fast but not outside and my four ways only blink inside not outside. i checked all the bulbs individually and they all work i have also checked fuses as well
