2016 Audi A3 Cabriolet 1.8 T Premium Lease Question

Just got an offer from my local Audi dealership. MSRP was $39,750. Got the selling price down to $35,700. There giving me a lease offer of $400 a month with tax, 10,000 miles per year. MF is .002 and net selling price is 37187.85 after taxes which are $3339.10. They willing to eat my last months payment of $229 for my volkswagen and have to put $2000 down which includes all registration and drive off fees. Is this a good deal?

The MF is .00020 on the A3 Cabriolet, and the 36/10 residual is 55%.

Using your MSRP and net selling price, I get $438/mo.

What is the adjusted cap cost after the $2000 due at signing?

Didn't get an adjusted cap cost, but its CA/Santa Monica so 9.5% tax rate.

So, adding tax to my calculated payment becomes $480/mo

Want to know how much of the $2000 is going to cap reduction (aka down payment)

I was quoted $2000 down and 519 a month with tax included. Anyone have a price on an the 2017 A5 Cabriolet lease?
