Is this a 1999 Honda Accord?

i remember finding this car and it said something like honda accord 1999 sudan but i couldnt find any other type of accord that looks just like this car: http://imgur.com/ZLgvKol im trying to find a car like this because it just looks like a dream car to me in my opinion and dont know where else to go to for getting some help on this. last thing i remember is that its possible a 4 cylinder car and its a manual(but it can probably be an automatic) if anyone has any idea or can help find this model i would be greatly appreciative to help me find a car like this in probably a different color.
