Car Buying Advice - 2017 C300 2dr coupe lease

Can someone please tell me the Money Factor and Residual Value for June: 2017 Mercedes C300 2dr coupe for a 12k/48mo lease and a 15k/48mo lease?

Should be receiving delivery of my German factory ordered 2017 C-300 coupe in a week or two. Back in June when I ordered the car, the MF was 0.00121 and the residual was 60% for a 3 year, 7.5K miles/year lease. Any changes since then? Thanks.

New to leasing and just found out that there can be a money factor discount if one does multiple security deposits. I live in Florida and will be leasing a Mercedes Benz 2017 C-300. For each MSD I give, how much will that reduce the MF. I have heard two figures (0.00007 and 0.00005) and would like to be sure that when I sign off on the lease, that I'll be getting the correct MSD discount. Thanks again for your help.

I think the discount per MSD is .00007 for MB, but not 100% certain.

My dad is buying a c300 a4 coup convertable. Msrp is 56,780 and sales price is 53,647. They want 4,500 total out of pocket at 36 months with 10k a year. Payment is 655.58 with ttl. Tax rate is 9 something. Sound like a fair deal? He has an 805 score and low debt to income. Just want to make sure they aren't taking advantage of him since he is an older guy with money and I live 1,000 miles away.

So, it's an AWD convertible, right?

.00106 MF and 59% residual

If tax rate is 9%, then base payment is about $600/mo.
CAP cost would have to be about $51,900.

$4500 upfront =
$655 1st payment
$795 acq. fee
$600 DMV/doc fees
$1750 CAP reduction.

That's about $700 unaccounted for... but, I'm estimating a lot of this.

It's definitely fair.. no one is taking advantage of him, I don't think.

They just called him back and said they will do the 655.58 same out of pocket with 12k miles instead of 10k. So seems like a good set up!
