2001 Kia Sportage very little air coming out of vents

The blower fan is working, I put a new blower resistor on, I took the control console out and saw that the controls move the motor that direct the air to different areas of the car, just very little air no matter if it is on heater or AC comes out. The hot/cold dial and motor works. The blower motor control dial works on all levels and the blower acts accordingly. It is as if their is some door that is blocking the air from the blower motor to the the vents. Maybe some door/actuator I am not seeing?
I haven't taken the whole dash completely apart but would like to know what I am looking for before I do. Their is no in cabin air filter on this model. I cleaned the outside air inlet 4 months ago just as maintenance nothing blocking it then.

Check your vacum hoses, one of them could be the issue, I had the same problem and a vacum hose had to be replaced and it works perfect now.
