The Ford Explorer %APR is .25% does this result in a 0.00000104 MF for the monthly "rent charge" applied to the sum of the residual plus adjusted cap cost divided by the number of monthly payments on the lease? If so it is dirt cheap money vs 2.5% APR which result in a factor of 0.0000104 which is 10 times higher that dirt, but not too bad. Need some clarification soon. Thanks kydx!

The .25% APR used for Ford leases is indeed equivalent to .000104.

Monthly rent charge = (cap cost + residual) * MF decimal value

@tomy3 You are correct, it's dirt cheap financing. About $6-$8 per month.

MSRP 42,340
Selling Price 38,259
Residual 24,134

They telling me , Sign n Drice for $430/month that includes State tax and Exice Tax. 

Are the numbers what they should be? 430/mo?

I get $399/mo.+tax

If $430/mo. includes everything, that looks pretty good.

Dear moderator, could you please provide money factor and residual for 2017 Explorer Sport, 36m/12K in NJ? Any incentives? Also, I am getting $1800 out of pocket, $555 monthly (all included) for truck with MSRP $48.5K. Can I do better? Greatly appreciate your help in advance!

Wont budge from the $559+tax.
