Just looked at the 2017 MDX and inquired about lease data. For 36 mos./12,000 the residual is 62% and the MF is .00166 or about 4% APR with good credit . For repeat customers they were willing to take $1000 off MSRP.

64% residual for the base model. 62% for all other trims. 36/12

Interesting that they would offer it on a new vehicle. Why not just discount the money factor?

Lease cash is a factory to dealer incentive. Use the knowledge to negotiate your best price.

Lease cash is a dealer incentive. Use your knowledge of it to bargain for a lower selling price.

Can i please get the MF and RV for a 2017 Acura MDX FWD & AWD 15k /yr ? Flexible on the lease term hence whatever gets me the best deal. Does the lease cash apply ? i saw in an earlier post .00175 MF and 60% residual. $750 lease cash . I am in NY .

Those are the correct numbers, except for the Base model. If it's a base model, the residual is 62%.

I just asked Acura dealer to give me MF and RV ... Their reply we don't give this info on the email ! I contacted a few dealers and for some reason everyone is asking me to come by for a test drive before giving numbers ...

Option to purchas at the end of the lease is $23,601

I'm not concerned about the mileage per year,as I generally trade in my vehicles just before the lease matures.
