Alright this is the offer I got from the dealer today for an E300 rwd premium package 2

MSRP: $63160
Sales Price: $55,840
MF 0.00139
RF 36/12K: 61%
Florida
Payment:$680

I came up with a payment of $680. I don't know if this is correct. My question is that this doesn't include the MSD's, which I am trying to incorporate (between 3-5) to lower my MF. Would I be lowering my payment much noticeably and how do I know what to set my mid to? Once I've figured out monthly payment? Thanks. Is there a possibility to lower sales price as I haven't aggressively negotiated this deal, as I am looking at an Audi A6 2.0T Premium Plus as well. Thanks

.00139 MF and 61% residual is correct.
$612/mo.+tax, assuming the sale price is the adjusted CAP cost.

5 MSDs at .00005 reduction each would drop the payment by $24/mo.+tax

No input on sale price.

We don't have any solid info for Mercedes. We've heard .00100 or .00080 reductions, but some dealers say they can only give that reduction off the Standard MF.

Anecdotal evidence suggests otherwise.

Lease terms I was given are

36 months - $797/mo. (includes tax) with 10,000 miles with $3,000 cash due
$4,000 down drops payment to $766, etc.

I was told that going with 7,500 mile lease would drop payment by $25-30 a month.

Dealer is telling me no real incentives/programs for the 2017 E300 right now.

As I said I don't have the MF yet but is this offer inline with MB's current t offerings?

Any thoughts on this offer?

.00139 is the base MF, this month.
$700 doc fee is just brutal.

Also, if you are in a monthly tax state, the tax amount is irrelevant.
Which state is this? (I'm guessing Florida)

The E300 gas model will be the cheapest to lease.
There is no diesel E-Class for 2017.

Sales tax number is irrelevant; PA taxes the monthly payment on a lease.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost.

And, we don't recommend any money down other that the first payment and DMV costs. Roll everything else into the monthly payment.

The math is correct. Base MF and acquisition fee and a decent discount from sticker.

If you're comfortable with the selling price, no reason not to pull the trigger.

Looks just about the same as the other quote, right? Just a little higher MSRP.

I don't think it's that great. I was just offered on a $62k E-Class with 2,100 miles on it.
$589/month with just first month down. 36/10

If you add about $40/mnth for 15k miles, still much cheaper. This was with auto-pay.
