If the car is stolen or totaled before the end of the lease, you wouldn't have pre-paid fees that won't get refunded.

The acquisition fee (aka "bank fee") from MBFS is $795; dealer can mark it up to $1095.

Unless this is a 3rd party bank funding the lease.

Might be time to find another dealer.
