My number comes pretty close to that.
That cost must be the adjusted CAP cost, including the acquisition fee?
An average discount, plus a marked up money factor.
The markup is adding $22/mo. to the pre-tax payment.

Seems like you could do a little better, if you introduced some competition.

is it easier to take the MSRP and minus a certain % and then shoot for the lowest mf I can get. so new to this leasing stuff. anythng else that I should use to bargain with?

MSRP minus 7%, and the base MF of .00138 is what I would look for.
