Lease price on CRV EXL in Northern New Jersey

Moving from Manhattan to North Jersey later this week and we've decided to lease a CRV, trying to figure out if i've hit the 'rock bottom prices' or if there's still some wiggle room.

Lease
CRV EXL, AWD w/o Navigation. MSRP $29,500
Silver or Gray
12k miles a year
36 month lease
nothing to trade in
No money down
all taxes, fees, plates, first month, etc... rolled into remaining 35 months.
780 credit

Currently have a quote for $340 from a dealer 5 minutes away and a quote for $329 from a dealer 20 minutes away. Other dealers have quoted $350-400 and others have refused to quote me anything unless I come into the dealership, which I cannot do at this time.

I want to get the best deal possible, within reason. Do these lease terms sound good or might there be some more room? Was hoping to get this closer to $300 thinking with the 2017s coming out they'd be ready to take a deal, but i havent had a car in over a decade so maybe i'm totally off base.

Thoughts?
