Those "other" costs vary wildly based on where you live. What state is this?

We can only guess how strong that advertisement is.

About $500 for title/registration + doc fee. It doesn't mention the acquisition fee extra, so I would assume the $595 fee is in the CAP cost.
Tax is collected on the monthly payment, so $349 + your local tax rate.

36 month, 15,000 miles per year numbers.

2.5i Touring - 59% and .00050
2.5i Limited - 61% and .00050
3.6 Touring - 60% and .00055
3.6 Limited - 62% and .00065

Pre paid maintenance is something you can add on, but is not there by default.

For 10,000 miles per year, add 3% to the residual.

Yes, you want to negotiate the best selling price - that will get you the best lease payment.

Residual is a percentage of the full MSRP.

I need to understand how to figure RF and MF From start to finish on lease.
First time leasing!
Northern Va./36 months/10000 miles
Need the 2.5 limited and 3.6 factors for the 2017 OUTBACK
Can you show me with an example such as...MSLP of 37000...negotiate down to 34000. No money down.
Can you show me from there what I do with both factors to figure the monthly payment. I have excellent credit...high 8's.

If I add the taxes and fees to the selling price, I get $375/mo.

I would confirm the adjusted cap cost - I used $34,683 in my calculation (selling price + fees + taxes).
